24-0707 - Proposed Subdivision

FishHawk - RZ 24-0707 is a request to combine 4 parcels totaling just less than 25 acres in the Fish Hawk Ranch and build a Single Family Conventional Detached development. The request is for forty-nine (49) dwelling units, at a maximum density of two (2) units per acre. Public water and public sanitary sewer will be utilized.

We’ll have more information on this subdivision once the rezoning decision is made. Zone Hearing Meeting is set for 8/19/24.
