Balm Grove West and East - Wimauma

Wimauma - Balm Grove (West) has broken ground south of where Balm Rd and Balm Wimauma Rd intersect and will be a Lennar Community featuring Nex-Gen homes.

Nex-Gen homes are designed to be “homes within homes” with private entrances and suites included under the same roof as the main home making this a perfect floorplan for extended families…

I do not know if both West and East will feature same builder…I do know that Lennar is currently building in Balm Grove West…
