Rezoning approved for Circles parking (finally!)

Apollo Beach - Owners of Circles have been working with residents and the County towards getting the vacant parcel of land across the street to allow overflow parking for the restaurants. Their request was approved with much input given from those that live nearby…

This would eliminate median parking as an option which has become a huge problem…Fences, Buffers and Screenings would be added for residents…

“Permitting the referenced project site into an offsite parking lot will provide relief and safety for visitors to access Circles Waterfront Restaurant and protect the surrounding community from the unsafe traffic conditions caused by the lack of parking options.”
