With approximately 475.95 acres in the portion southwest of the railroad tracks, if the text amendment is approved, this area could accommodate up to 1,903 dwelling units. 

On Tuesday, May 21 from 6pm-7:30PM a meeting will be held at Mulrennan Middle school to discuss plans…a previous meeting on this topic was also held April 23rd at the same location.
