Dollar Tree to close 1,000 stores, but not here…

Brandon - You may have read the headlines saying Dollar Tree was closing nearly 1,000 stores, but my headline reads a bit differently…

Plans were submitted for a NEW Dollar Tree taking over the old CVS at the 3-headed monster of an intersection where Lumsden, Lithia Pinecrest, & Bell Shoals all come together. These plans were submitted only 2 weeks ago on Feb 27 with additional notes stating “Accelerated Project”, so apparently things are going pretty well for Dollar Tree in Hillsborough County …

- Either that or they got an offer they couldn’t refuse on taking over the old CVS due to location…that’s not necessarily the easiest place to get into/out of…
