New McDonald’s penciled in for US 301

Riverview - NO way was Ronald and his team going to pass up the chance to have a(nother) store located on US 301…this one will be on the east side just south of 672/Balm Rd and will be between the (new) Chick-Fil-A and the (new) Dutch Bros Coffee…

FYI - There’s one 2+ miles north in Summerfield and and another 4+ miles south in SCC, so there was definitely a need for a 3rd Mickey D’s along this 6 mile stretch of US 301 (this one is so they can snag everyone pouring into and out of Wimauma…)

I do not have renderings for the McDonald’s as it was included in the Dutch Bros plans as an adjacent parcel, so nothing formal has been submitted to the County as of this date…but that’s probably just a matter of time…
