There were multiple permits submitted for addresses along Anchor Line Dr…I’m betting interest rates doubling from 3.5% to 7% shut this project down as it has many others…

FYI - Ownership changed hands in 2021…That land has been sold twice now...once to Optimus Alliance in ‘21 and then to LVW TAMPA COMPASS POINTE LAND LLC here in Tampa in ‘22…now LyvWell shows as Owners
