Riverview - Signs point to new Healthcare facility near AdventHealth Hospital
Although we don't have site plans (or any confirmation yet), in June '23, AdventHealth purchased 3 lots totaling 5-acres on the west side of US 301 in Riverview north of Riverview Dr and south of Hackney Dr
Per Hillsborough County Property Appraiser, the only other property owned by the same owner is the AdventHealth Care Pavilion in New Tampa...and it looks like a very nice facility
I might be going out on a limb, but this appears to be a significant gain for Riverview if things go as the information suggests it should.
