Riverview - US 301 site approved for large sit-down restaurant
BOCC approved a site at Alder Green Dr and US 301 for a 8,300sf sit-down restaurant. This will be adjacent and to the north of the new O2B Kids South Creek Daycare.
Working on who it might be...the site plan submitted for the restaurant looks similar to The Fords Garage location on Lumsden...Olive Gardens and Red Lobsters are also this size FWIW, so it could be any of several possibilities, but it will be part of a larger chain...
