Taco Dirty working on Alcohol permit

Riverview - Taco Dirty - the “contemplated tenant” at US 301 and Stelling Dr - has had to submit a special-use permit in order to sell alcohol due to location within 150 ft of a residential property - 1 house 78ft away from the assumed Taco Dirty location…

As this is a special use request, the final decision will be made by the Zone Hearing Master and will not be heard by the BOCC…no public hearing…

FWIW - The Mission BBQ opening in the same plaza has an existing 2-COP-R use, so this should be resolved…let’s hope so becuase there is nothing better with a great Mexican food than a cold Beer or Margarita…this place is supposed to be amazing and this will be only their 2nd location!
