Riverview - Someone today just asked if I knew about a “Terah Plaza” being built just north of the new Del Sol Plaza on the east side US 301 south of Rhodine Rd…

There’s not much to show you other than 4 large retail building shells that will most likely be subdivided into 4 or 5 smaller units…not many retailers occupy 8,000sf spaces…
