As everyone has seen, the old Car Wash on the Greens at Lithia Pinecrest Rd and Erindale Dr that was turned into an Auto Finders and then turned into ashes has been demolished...

Not wanting to speculate, but the new Owner has ties to 4 local Washed-Up car wash locations as well as it's already zoned for that use.

Sometimes 1 + 1 don't add up to 2, so please don't hold me to this guess...
