  • Apollo Beach - Safelite has purchased the entire site at 5469 N US 301 Apollo Beach, the building where 4 stacks is located, and will convert that entire building into a new auto glass repair facility. 

  • Ruskin – A 58,000 rear load warehouse off 30th / Clover Ridge will be built near Amazon

  • Belmont area – A new Wawa Convenience store (plus 2 other units) is set for construction - NW corner US 301 / Paseo Al Mar Blvd

  • Belmont area - Lockhart Storage submitted construction plans – NE corner US 301 and Balm (Starbucks, CVS, Woodies Wash Shack)

  • Belmont area- SE Corner US 301 and Balm – 6 Commercial lots covering 15 acres had plans submitted for infrastructure to begin
