    • Wimuama – RZ 24-0044 - Berry Bay addition – request to add 55 acres for an additional 110 units

  • New Commercial Rezonings



    • Dover - 23-15 Industrial Park – SR 60 / Dover Comprehensive Plan Amendment – changes proposed to the Energy Park allowing some construction to begin


    • RZ 24-0012 - Noorani ALF – Bloomingdale Ave / Providence – 2-Story 100 bed ALF

    • RZ 24-0018 - Childcare / Retail - US 301 across from Cape Stone Ave Sun City Center

    • RZ 24-0019 - US 41 / Symmes – Convenience Store (Circle K, Retail Store and 30 apartments – 3 buildings 10 units each)

    • RZ 24-0027 - Ruskin Multi Family – Off 30th Street proposed multi-family workforce housing near Amazon. Minimum of 15 percent of multi-family will be set aside as workforce housing for households at or below 120% of median income, adjusted by family size. 16 dwelling units per acre , 5 story max height.

    • RZ 24-0033 - Creekside Charter Academy US 301 north of 672 / Balm Rd – request to expand school, adding child care, and revamping parking. Expand an existing K-8 charter school from 755 students to 880 students with new child care center under construction, which will serve 198 children. The rezoning would allow the charter school to expand into the existing child care center, continuing utilization of that existing building, together with the new child care center in the southern portion of the Property.
