Brandon - Cali Coffee has submitted plans to build a new store on Gornto Lake Rd just south of SR 60 adjacent to PDQ Chicken…Congrats! and Welcome…(although according to their web, it will not be opening until 2025/2026)

This should not be confused with “Cali Cafe” located at 10010 US-301, Riverview, FL 33578…they are not affiliated, although they sound like they might be…

One is a stand-alone and the other a franchise announcing 16+ locations…Cali “Cafe” was here and established before Cali “Coffee” came to town…hope we don’t have another “Brunchery” vs “The Brunchery” saga that hatched “EggTown”…
