Chase Bank snags Chipotle Location in Riverview

Riverview - In a crushing update to the outparcels fronting Sentosa Apartments on US 301 just south of Boyette Rd, I found some horrible news for Chipotle fans (or conversely some great news for folks who like hanging out at banks)…

Chase submitted permits for the same location - corner of US 301, Shady Walk Ct, and Quiet Valley St in front of Sentosa - that Chipotle was approved for in Nov 2023. My paygrade is far from high enough to know why this happened…

…and for those asking, I have no idea when the Daybreak / 76 Station will open…I stopped reporting opening dates when they wrong wrong 10 out of 10 times…County permitting delays causing the most issues from what I’ve been told…

…and as far as I know, Black Rifle Coffee and Chick-Fil-A are still set to be future tenants at this location with one outparcel still available…unless Chipotle decides to relocate their plans…
