Caribou Coffee coming to Riverview

Riverview - Caribou Coffee has submitted construction plans for the recently cleared parcel on Big Bend Rd just east of Lincoln Rd…

Plans show the Caribou being built as a drive-thru with a 2nd building on site that has not yet been submitted…

So anyone that has asked themselves “What could they be building on Big Bend Rd just in front of Aldi’s / Glory Days”, we know Carabou Coffee is the smaller one at just under 800sf, but the larger one - at 5,000 sf - is now the question…

I’ve heard several rumors already…both sit-down restaurants - let’s see if either is correct (FYI - 5,000 sf too small for an Olive Garden, but just about right for either that long-rumored Hooters or even a Chili’s…)…

On a related note - Plans to develop the land located where the old church on the opposite side of Lincoln and Big Bend fell through…those plans were withdrawn at the end of last year and have not been revisited…
