This new outparcel will be directly behind the new Caribou Coffee with 2nd Building of +/- 5,000 sf shown on those plans but not yet announced…

I’ve heard one or the other (or both) will be sit-down restaurants - FYI - 5,000 sf is too small for an Olive Garden, but just about right for either that long-rumored Hooters or even a Chili’s…

And still waiting to confirm what will be replacing Fuzzy’s Taco’s…again, lots of names floating around but none that can be yet be verfied…
