Little Rd - Sierra - Valrico

Valrico - Been seeing a lot of tree activity on this project off Little Rd just north of Bloomingdale Ave.

This will be a(nother) Homes by WestBay subdivison on Little Rd - their 3rd on Little between Bloomingdale and Durant (Ridgewood Estates and Northwood). Fortunately for surrounding neighbors, they do build a very nice product.

Other than 25 homes on 1/4 acre lot sizes with sidewalks to Bloomingdale Ave, it is very early in the process, but we have been in touch with the Builder, so it’s never too early to ask any questions you may have…
