Apollo Beach - Waterset has submitted plans for the southern portion (Wolf Creek) that will eventually connect Waterset Blvd to 19th Avenue NE

A large Commercial development will be located on NE corner of Waterset Blvd and 19th Ave NE (Phase I - GREEN) with land reserved for a school at the SW corner of Covington Garden Dr and 30th St NE (PINK)

Cardel, David Weekley, Pulte, Homes By Westbay, and Toll Brothers (age-qualified) all will be introducing new construction opportunuites with the expansion of Waterset to the South towards 19th Ave NE…

Still not sure about what the plans are for Phases E & F (southeastern corner) as these parcels were orginially labled for Mixed-use Commercial
