About 4 months was the answer as on April 11th, Rezoning 24-0677 was filed. It is only applicable to 3 pockets near the coast - 70, 72A, and 105 - with plans to move forward with development of up to 130 single-family lots as well as a Yacht Club with docking facilties up to 25,000sf (if they want…)

”The Applicant seeks to modify the form of development Pockets 70A, 72, and 105, retaining the ability to develop them with a total of 130 lots. The option to develop single-family attached will be removed from Pockets 70A and 72. Pocket 105 will be permitted for single-family attached and single-family detached, with the option for a yacht club and marina/docking facilities.”

Since this was just filed, the Zone Hearing Meeting is not scheduled until July 22 giving both sides plenty of time to communicate regarding these plans, but re-opening all 18 holes seems not to be one of those of new Ownership….more homes, 265 multi-family waterfront units, and a Yacht Club are…
