Brandon - Staples in Brandon at Regency Square has announced it’s closing as of March 8, 2024 ( I believe)…but the replacement tenant is wasting no time and has already submitted their renovation plans…

Scope includes site work, exterior building components & structure, new finishes, partitions, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment. Site work includes addition of new bollards and a new concrete compactor pad. Project cost is 1.6 million”

HomeSENSE, not HomeGoods, will be taking over at this location. HomeSense has a larger selection of furniture, art, and lighting from HomeGoods stores, and it even offers fixtures.
