Since things broke ground at that location a while back, plans have expanded…now not only will there be a convenience store (which previous plans have shown to be a Circle K) as well as a Retail location, but now 30 multi-family units have been added to the plans of the property formerly occupied by Hideaway Hills Mobile Home Park

It does not appear the stand alone retail will be a QSR (quick serve restaurant), but plans can change…
