”Access is planned to be taken by the construction of Pinebark Point (in Ridgewood South) , which will connect to the main subdivision thoroughfare of Cypress Branch, which leads north to Rhodine Road”…so it reads as though this will be part of the Ridgewood South community - same builder.

If you live anywhere near old fish farms, you should know what to expect by now…nearly every one of these locations been bought by developers and turned into neighborhoods
