15 acres with 360 units puts that density at about 24 units per acre…who’da thunk you’d ever see 24 units (residences) on 1 acre of property in Plant City?

Plant City has been expanding their infrastructure (water and sewer) as well as annexing land on the edges of town…Expect SR 60 (and, if possible, even I-4) to get a lot more crowded over the next decade or so because most of these folks will still travel to Tampa for work and events…
