Goodwill wants to build a warehouse/store/distribution center on a parcel that is included in a previous PD (Planned Development - Badcock Furniture)...problem is, this specific use is not included in the PD, so rezoning 24-0674 has been filed to modify the PD in order to allow for the Goodwill store plus.

Warehouse, retail and office uses are currently permitted, so this request actually represents a reduction to what was previously approved…

Feel free to write support letter to the BOCC if you are so inclined…this seems like a real good use of that old Nursery land (Abacus Farms)…
