Spencer Glen - Pulte will be breaking ground soon on the Spencer Glen Community south of Big Bend Rd featuring both Single Family and Carriage homes ranging from 1,662-4,272 sf

Hawkstone is located just south of Fishhawk Blvd with featured homes built by Homes by WestBay and Casa Fresca Homes. They are currently building out their 1st phase with several homesites still available before moving on to Phase 2

The Peninsula at Rhodine Lake by David Weekley will offer 39 homesites

Lithia - Hawks Grove will be one of Pulte’s newest subdivisions located off Boyette Rd south of Fishhawk Blvd

Sierra was the name on the submitted plans for the new 25 home subdivision off Little Rd in Valrico. This will be a Homes by WestBay product and will be their 3rd community on Little Rd

Waterset Community expanding to the South with several builders announcing new homes to be built including: Homes by WestBay, Cardel, David Weekley, Pulte, and Toll Brothers (55+)

Bloomingdale Townes just north of Bloomingdale Ave off Bell Shoals Rd currently has townhomes for sale ranging from 1,680sf to 2,586sf

Location is about 1 mile south of Paseo Al Mar Blvd on US 41.
